Lay Ministers: Leader- Chris Gates

Lay ministers at Trinity serve in three areas:

Lectors

read the appointed lessons and lead the Prayers of the People at Eucharist services.

 

Lay Eucharistic Ministers (LEM)

serve as chalice bearers at Eucharist services, and may, with the permission of the Rector, lead other public worship services.  At Trinity, those persons approved to perform these functions are generally trained and licensed for these duties.

 

Lay Eucharist Visitors (LEV)

visit persons who are not able to attend services at the church, and administer Holy Communion to them. At Trinity, those persons approved to perform these functions are generally trained and licensed for these duties.
